Builders Opinion gives you a second opinion at any stage—before design, after quotes, or during construction. We explain costs, highlight risks, and provide clear, unbiased advice.

How we charge for services

Price Guide

We charge by topic. For example, if you need help understanding a quote, you can email or send photos as much as you like until the issue is resolved. At that point, we’ll send you an invoice which has been agreed on before hand.

If you’d like a site visit or inspection, we can cover as many topics as needed. The price will depend on the project’s size and location.

Our most popular option is the Project Management Program, which gives you unlimited support for the whole project. Pricing is based on project size and location. Please contact us for affordable rates.
